Pasamos un día increíble con H.O Travels. Todo estuvo según planeado desde el comienzo hasta el final. Hugo siempre estuvo atento a que todos disfrutáramos a nuestro paso y nunca tuvo ninguna prisa. Al contratarlos tuve un poco de temor ya que no tenían muchas opiniones en Google, pero todas eran de 5 estrellas y eso me hizo decidirme. Contratarlos fue la mejor decisión que tomé. Wir haben die Semuc Champey Tour über Hugo gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Ein super gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und José unser Tourguide hat es wirklich toll gemacht. Ausserdem haben wir die Weiterreise nach Flores mit Hugo gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Danke ~ Laura M
We did the tour to Semuc Champey and booked a shuttle to Flores. Both were excellent arranged by Hugo. We had a way better price than the hostel was offering. The tour was very good arranged and the guide José made sure we didn't had to wait anywhere and gave us a lot of information about the area and let us taste some products from the fincas. Habe eine Semuc Champey Tagestour und ein Shuttle nach Rio Dulce gebucht und die Kommunikation war super nett und schnell und man hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Sehr zu empfehlen ~ Anne-Marie T

WOW!!! je viens de faire une journée a Semuc champey avec eux et sérieux une journée de fou du matin au soir que du bonheur. Le guide jose un gars super professionnel explique bien on a pas arrete entre balançoire tubing cave piscine mirador... chaque cents a valu la peine... c'était vraiment pas cher pour la journée et un guide est indispensable pour connaître tous les petits recoins de glissade saut ou mettre les pieds faire attention puis Jose nous a expliqué un tas de trucs sur la faune et la flore sur ces origines et racines Mayas. C'est une mine d'informations ce gars. Alors n'hésitez pas moi j ai Booker à travers Ugo de H.O Travels. Et sérieux aucun regret je vais d'ailleurs Booker avec eux pour aller à flores.... j ai toute confiance en eux. Je recommande 200% sans hésitation ~ Stephanie R
Via whatsapp een shuttlebus naar Xela geregeld. WhatsApp contact was snel en ‘s ochtends werden we persoonlijk meegenomen vanaf deze locatie naar het busstation 50 meter verderop en door de eigenaar in de correcte bus gezet. Onderweg kwamen we er wel achter dat de bus niet naar Xela gaat, maar je wordt afgezet bij Los Encuentros. De communicatie hierover kan beter, maar via whatsapp werden we gerust gesteld. De buschauffeur heeft ons op de chickenbus gezet, die ons heeft meegenomen en heeft laten overstappen zonder moeite. Alles, ook de chickenbus werd voor ons betaald. ~ Luc S
